Warranty

Fasolid warrants its security product for a period of 10 years free from defects in material for residential applications and for a period of 5 years for commercial applications. For warranty purposes, applications are residential where the property upon which the Fasolid product is installed is used exclusively as an individual’s single-family residence, and no business activities whatsoever are carried on at the property. All other applications shall be deemed commercial.

Fasolid warrants its product for a period of one year free from defects in components including handles, hinges, locks, wheels, and door closers.

Fasolid warrants its retractable product for a period of two year free from defects in both material and components.

This warranty insures to the benefit of the original owner of the Fasolid product only. The original proof of purchase invoice and receipt must be retained and kept with this Warranty and Care Guide, and must be produced when submitting a warranty claim.

Furthermore, Fasolid product warranties do not apply to any damage or defect arising due to the improper maintenance, installation, or use of Fasolid Products, or matters outside the control of Fasolid, including owner maintenance, failure of owner to follow the care guide, accident, alteration of the product in any way, fire, hurricane, abuse, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

In order to prolong the life of the Fasolid product and to maintain your rights under this warranty, you must follow the care and maintenance advice as below.
